1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the website signalzappyd.asia, comparison engines, and data intelligence feeds operated by Signalzappyd Analytics Pte. Ltd., you irrevocably agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you must terminate use of the platform immediately.

2. Informational & Telemetry Nature of Services

The rankings, daily expense projections, weather indices, and transit friction coefficients provided by Signalzappyd are generated through algorithmic calculations and historical modeling. They are published exclusively for research, decision-support, and informational purposes. Real-world consumer prices, transit timetables, and weather events may fluctuate. Signalzappyd does not guarantee exact price parity or absolute schedule fidelity.

3. Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the architecture, algorithms, metric calculations, visual layouts, novel card architectures, SVG assets, and editorial dossiers remain the sole and exclusive property of Signalzappyd Analytics Pte. Ltd. Unsanctioned automated web crawling, large-scale scraping, or reverse engineering of our weighting formulas without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable User Conduct

When interacting with the platform, you agree not to:

Transmit malicious scripts, automated bot inquiries, or denial-of-service traffic designed to disrupt telemetry servers.
Impersonate any corporate officer, travel researcher, or authorized representative of Signalzappyd.
Submit forged or defamatory anomaly reports via the Telemetry Desk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signalzappyd Analytics Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and data suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our travel telemetry data, booking decisions made on destination dossiers, or transport delays encountered during travel.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
